January 2024 Newsletter

Greetings from the board of Love Lives Here and welcome to 2024! Much has changed since our last newsletter. We elected a new mayor in Winnipeg, as well as a new premier to lead our province. There are more vehicles on the road, and more roadwork and construction in every neighbourhood in the city. But one thing hasn't changed, and that is the brokenness and lost in our city, and commitment of Love Lives Here to redeem them. Every Tuesday night, faithful servants pour their hearts to the visitors that come to the trailer; through music, the gift of prayer, testimonies, and food preparation. Our volunteers have a common desire to show the love of Jesus Christ to all who come to the trailer. They have been called to share Christ and that is what happens every week at the trailer and Friday evenings in the summer out on Main Street.
